I have been going to Rachel for many years now, and she has never done me wrong. I have a highlighted, balayage, blonde hair, and people always tell me i have great hair! The most significant saving Rachel has done for me is when my hair turned green from the pools this summer. I thought i would have to chop my hair off, but Rachel saved my hair, and my hair looked so amazing on top of being saved! 10 out of 10 recommend.
