I was referred here by Primrose Dental a little over a week ago. They said they could get me out of pain and get my wisdom teeth out sooner than OMS would. When I called numerous times to check on my insurance coverage and co-pays, the lady that answered the phones was EXTREMELY rude and NOT helpful at all. At one point she had told me she couldn’t go in to my file because it was 8 minutes from her lunch break and she wasn’t going to miss her lunch because of it. She later called and had told me she ran my insurance previously, didn’t know any pricing, and that she would not do any more than what she had already done on my file and said to figure it out with my insurance company myself.l because they “couldn’t find me in the system”. After finding out the insurance I had wasn’t applicable to the care I needed in the time frame I needed the procedure done, I told them they could run my other insurance, to which they rudely responded they don’t “mess with” that insurance and said to either plan on paying out of pocket or cancel my appointment because they couldn’t work with me. Very frustrating overall. Now waiting on an appointment with OMS and am in severe pain in the meantime with no form of help from this place whatsoever. I’m not sure why Primrose Dental recommended them, because their customer service is HORRID. They don’t even work with half of the main insurance companies out there. If I could give negative star ratings I would, but 1 star is the lowest it will allow. Overall, HORRIBLE experience so far. Would NOT recommend.

Double charged me and would not accept my proof of first payment, despite care credit assurance that they were paid.

Saw Dr. Julie Becker. Assistants not gloved while passing dental instruments. X-ray machine not cleaned before or after. Misquoted consultation price.

This man should not be entrusted with the care or well-being of any person. He is sadistic, ignored all signs of my extreme pain (sobbing, hyperventilating) and continued with the procedure without break. I attempted to say stop, however, he never allowed me that chance. He triggered symptoms of my PTSD. I felt completely unimportant, was in EXTREME duress, and he was not the least bit concerned. I got the feeling I was cutting into his lunch break so he simply went as fast and recklessly as needed. I can't warn people enough not to see him. He is an entitled and uncaring man.
