Its weird the first time I went there they where very welcoming and friendly I go in there to find a wedding band and this Asian lady was so rude trying to hurry my family out of there the first time going there was awesome but not this time

Brought in a flat men's band to resized. It came back as a polished done ring and engravingings on the inside polished out. Returned it again to make it look like it did originally. Didn't think they could botch a sizing like that, but they did try to make right and engraved again. Will use another jeweler next time.
