First time I used AAA for travel. It was terrible, they did not inform us on how things went or were done. There was many mistakes made on there part. Communication from them was also terrible. I didn't feel they want to help me it was just there job, so they had to. I thought as a member I would get good customer service. Lesson learned

Went to have our passport photos taken. Staff was friendly and professional. Depending on your membership photos are at a reduced rate. Only took a few minutes.
