Awesome customer service!!! In special from Kira she was so patience and she made time to explain to me the ear piercing healing process and very good suggestions. Loved it!
Love this store! Best Claire’s I have been too.
I wanted to pierce my daughters ears the other day and tried calling them 5 times. Four out of the five times they never answered and and the fifth time I got hung up on. I was calling around 2 pm on a Thursday... someone should have answered. We ended up going to the store and saw one employee sitting and doing nothing with no one in the store. We asked if they could pierce her ears and they said they couldn’t do it until tomorrow. With no explanation on why, or why they didn’t answer their phone. Nothing. They were quite rude. I ended up going to a different Claire’s and had a MUCH better experience.
Nice earings store!
We came here to get my 5 year old daughter’s ears pierced and had a great experience! The manager was so good at helping my daughter be calm and relaxed. Sadly one of her earrings came out after getting stuck in hair, so we had to go back to get one of them done again. The manager was once again so kind and helpful. Thank you!
