Frank is one of a kind. He's such a talented individual. He listens and understands what you want to accomplish. He cares about his patients and what they are looking to accomplish. I would 10/10 recommend this facility.

Franklin has been amazing. first I was a little skeptical because I had never been to physical therapy. I was going to a chiropractor before and I felt like it didn't work. I was watching him very closely and it was pretty easy so I thought maybe nothing was happening but within a week I can really feel the difference the pain in my lower back is gone the pain in my hips is also gone. I like how he's very gentle. I'm grateful l.

All I can say is AWESOME!! Great staff!! As soon as you walk in you can’t help but feel welcomed and comfortable. Frank and Joel are extremely friendly and treat you like they’ve known you forever!! I went here after a total knee replacement and am extremely happy with my treatment. I am two weeks into treatment, and I already have made range of motion gains, can squat, and kneel. Franklin has put together a plan that I am confident will get me to the best I can be. Hopefully I will not need rehab after this operation heals, but if I do, I will definitely choose this facility and Franklin.

NovaCare has been a wonderful place to have physical therapy. They work WITH you towards recovery. The therapists are extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Each visit they work to improve my motion along with giving me a voice to express what I can and cannot tolerate. I highly recommend NovaCare in Hagerstown, MD.
