Stayed here for 4 days, and had a good experience overall. The price is reasonable (although the pricing was through a third party). They are at a walking distance from the Freightliner dealer. The hotel is a bit old with creaking stairs and floors, but it doesn’t bother me.
I only gave it 2 stars because housekeeping was very friendly and ever the front desk lady at first but apparently we have been talked about and being disrespected the entire time. We checked in on a corporate card and my job put the wrong check out date by accident. We left to do some errands came back to all of our stuff thrown out of the room and nobody called us to tell us or evenbto see what was going on. It could have easily be fixed with just a simple phone call but instead it seemed as if the where eager to run through our belongings. Afterwards the night manger began to threaten me that Wife or I couldn't ever stay here again if my job makes a mistake again. There's a business way of handling situations and there's a personal way of handling situations, I feel the management here took the personal route.
Great staff and room. They had a breakfast with omlets and waffles and a few other things. Rate was good too
Nice clean place to stay and the staff is very helpful and courtesy to there quest! I give them a 5 out 5 for places to stay!
None of the staff were wearing masks, and it made us very uncomfortable. Two staffers smoked right at the entrance right near a sign that says “no smoking within 50 feet of the building.” Room was as expected. But overall not a COVID-19 safe environment.
