If I could rate zero I would. Checked in for maybe an hour or so! My husband and I debated leaving during that time. First we were unable to get the buildings side door. Staff had us use a wall stone as a stop. We asked staff to get receipt we we're leaving, the front staff didn't ask why, could they do anything, nothing. The room smelled of bug spray, the grounds and parking lot we're not clean. We are smokers and are respectful. The ash trays outside were full of trash. Said I would be calling corporate offices she said she didn't care.

We came down to PA to ski for a day and chose this hotel for the night because the price was descent, it's about 30 mins away from Whitetail ski resort, they have a heated swimming pool, and the breakfast is included. They lost 1 star because check in was slow, the hallways smelled bad, and the pool was closed due to the broken heating system so that was disappointing. Otherwise everything else was fine if you just need a place to crash in for the night its not a bad deal.

I have been staying here with my husband and son for several weeks and our stay has been wonderful. The rooms are clean and affordable. The staff and management has been the best they are always very helpful and super nice they always go out of there way to talk to us and play with my son Trenton who is a year old . The pool is very nice and always clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family and anyone looking for a great stay with a reasonable price.

NOT RECOMMENDEDnThis property looked very old, staff was non-cooperative. we were on a tour with Tours4fun. The rooms and toilets were dirty. Toiletries were not completely provided. Microwave was not available in the rooms. Fridge was available but was dirty too. Comforters were not provided in the rooms and when we asked for the same, the staff argued. However, when we insisted, they provided blankets which looked old, dirty and not fresh.nThere was a coffee machine in common area with $1 for a coffee. many members of our group lost their $1 for the coffee including me but could not get coffee. Even our tour guide was not happy with the hotel.

We booked a king room, small dog with us. When we arrived we were told all the pet friendly rooms were in a separate bldg, none had king beds. We tried one of those rooms but it was very dingy, had pet smells all over. We left after an hour. Staff was friendly but the hotel is very dingy.
