My husband and I got our rings here. At the time, there was a promo going on where if you spent X amount of $, you got a men's wedding band for free
We were helped by a guy named Talon (I think...it could have been something similar) and he was very helpful.
I would have given it 5 stars but my ring is a 3-piece set (2 wedding bands, 1 on either side of the engagement ring) so we had them solder them together. Now 2 of them are still soldered together but 1 came loose.
I'll include 2 pix: one of how the rings is supposed to sit & what it's like now.
Nate Draper the store manager was so great! I was disappointed in a ring that I had made at another jeweler over the summer with some very special diamonds & a ring. I walked into Morgan Jewelers & Nate took extra time to listen to me & then he designed it into a new pendant, right there on the spot, quick & kept working with me over the next few days until it was absolutely perfection! So now every where I go I can show off how Morgan Jewelers redesigned my ring into a stunning pendant! It is truly beautiful & I am so eternally grateful & so very happy with this store in South Towne Mall Suite 2104! Thank you!
I went into Morgan Jewelers today to look at a men’s ring for my soon to be fiancé. Joann and Leslie were so helpful. They helped my boyfriend find the perfect ring! We found a very beautiful carbon fiber ring that was right in our price range. Joann was so nice to make sure it fit perfectly and was exactly what he wanted. These 2 ladies are amazing! Thank you!

Recently got an engagement ring from Morgan Jewelers and the service was phenomenal. Helped me right away and my fiancé loved the ring. Definitely recommending my friends to check this place out!
Simome and JoAnn are an absolute GEM!!! Working with them was an extremely pleasant experience. We will come back to Morgan Jewlers over and over again and only work with these two incredibly professional gals.
