Pine Dentistry

My son just had an appointment there for a routine cleaning. Going in I was nervous because he usually doesn’t do well at any type of doctors office. The front desk staff were quick and friendly. We were seen about 10 minutes before our scheduled appointment. The dental hygienist Angie was amazing. She kept my son occupied and made sure to explain to him what she was doing to his teeth in such a great way.

Absolutely terrible place I was scheduled for all my wisdom teeth taken out the surgeon refused to remove my wisdom teeth due to my bottom 2 teeth being so close to my nerve saying that I needed to be sedated that they don’t do sedation there I’ve contacted other dentistry as they don’t sedate either there are other ways of going about getting wisdom teeth removed along with laughing gas and another form of sedation as soon as I told him that I was nervous and I had anxiety He no longer wanted to proceed with my wisdom tooth removing my top teeth were able to be removed he told me he did not want to do it because I would have to go through two times of healing I said that’s fine so they recommended me to another dental provider who does not take my insurance. I begged the manager to speak with the surgeon to see if he could remove my top two teeth so that I didn’t have to worry about paying out of pocket for having those taken out because i took these days off for my healing process loosing money being off she said he was extremely aggravated and it’s hard to get him to do anything once he’s aggravated and she keeps asking him questions so I was scheduled and wasted time and now I have time off work with money that I don’t have because Pine dentistry does not have it together they were extremely rude pushed me out of the room as quick as possible without answering any of my questions tell me to go about my day of wasting my time that they can’t help me and rescheduled me for having my top 2 teeth removed because they had me there for two hours back and forth asking if he can just do it so now I have to suffer and take time off work again!!!!!because at that point the surgeon was aggravated and didn’t care to do it today although they exzammed my teeth with X-rays and told me to come in today for removal I went back in forth with the manager to feel helpless with no explanation other than she didn’t want to piss him off by asking Him again would not recommend this place to anyone !!

The staff at Pine Dentistry was amazing. My 4yr old needed to be sedated for his dentistry and they were wonderful to him and to his traumatized mother.

They worked good with my daughter even though she is very picky about who touches her but they were very patient and understanding!!!!

Service is always always great, people are always nice here but you guys have got to do better with being more punctual. My appointment was for 11AM today. I checked in at 10:55AM and my son is now being seen at 11:30! Now it’s 11:40 & we’re still waiting of the doctor to come in the room to start. I have other appointments today that will be pushed back because of your tardiness. Please value your patients time, especially the ones that show early for their appointments. All of my plans today are ruined because you set me back in time.
