Excellent service. I use them regularly because I can schedule a day in advance and they do really good work. I also appreciate the amount of services they offer (tile steam cleaning) on top of the carpet cleaning. Technicians are kind and helpful. I am always impressed with how much dirt they remove.

Sorry, but not impressed. Decided to give them a try since they were less expensive than the place we've used before. They were on time, gave notice before they got here, and the guy was nice, etc. We had emptied rooms as much as feasible and vacuumed everything. When they arrived, I was having my teenager finish up some edge cleaning in the basement. The cleaner could hear it and said it wasn't necessary since they would vacuum. They did not vacuum anything. I had 7 rooms and stairs cleaned-security camera footage revealed some interesting things. Truck parking to departure was 1hr43min. The truck equipment only ran for

Jose completed a job well done! We needed some extra carpet spot cleaning & he was able to remove some hard stains! He recommended a couch cleaning that would remove stains from our microfiber couch and now it looks brand new. This is the second time we have used Stanley Steemer. Impressed & happy with the service both times.

The Technician was very courteous, clean, and cared about my house. They used door cushions to protect my door and it saved the cold air from escaping my house. We will use them again in the future.

Very professional and thoughtful. Our service technician wore a mask and booties on his shoes, protected our front door, wall corners with covers. (We had purchased a fabric lift chair off of KSL classifieds). He talked with us about what he would do before starting and had us look at the chair when finished to see what we thought. It turned out beautifully! Very positive experience.
