We found this little gem accidentally while exploring options for a visit to the Deep creek area. We were only able to squeeze in 3 nights last minute, but we are so glad we did and enjoyed every minute. Clean, private, serene, and so much to do for all the outdoor and nature lovers! Our kids are already talking about our NEXT trip. Extra perk was to meet/greet the owners and Ms. Ella herself. Thanks so much for allowing us to stay and enjoy such an awesome little getaway.
This was such an amazing experience. Our kids were SO excited to be in a treehouse, and the adults were just as excited when we saw how clean and functional it was. It is a fairly quick trip to the Deep Creek area, which is full of quaint shops and outdoor activities. Thanks Ella! We will be back!

This was a great trip. Even in the winter, on a rainy day. You can still check out different parts of Deep Creek and P.A.. To be honest, I just enjoyed the absolute quiet that instills after the long trip and pack everything into your house, and just relax. It even seemed to soothe my son! Definitely a destination I anticipate returning to
We stayed at The Gathering Tree for a team-building retreat. The treehouses are gorgeous, both inside and out, and secluded. I'm sure I'll be back sometime for a romantic getaway or a short family trip. The kids, especially, would love it! There are even some little forts in the woods for kids to play in.
