Leone's is amazing, I just went there for the first time I have ever been there and am so impressed with the experience. The personal relationship Roberto had with his customers that came in while I was there was touching as well as the way he was with his employee's, they genuinely seemed to enjoy working there and they were all very friendly. I called to see if they would just press my twins graduation gowns for me and they told me I could come down and they would do it right now while I waited. Roberto only charged me 10.00 for both and gave 5.00 each to the 2 employee's he gave the gowns to to press. I will recommend Leone's to everyone here in Sandy and will not go to a different dry cleaners in the future. Awesome!
I am officially DONE with any Leone's location. They are the best with EXCUSES. They run what appears to be an all in the family business that is desperately LACKING in professionalism. They discuss trivial family drama in front of customer's with no regard to professionalism or the customer experience. They treat new customers exceedingly well and they provided EXCUSES as you become a regular customer. I am DONE! It doesn't matter which shop you visit, father or son, they are the best with EXCUSES.
As for alterations, not impressed. The father's shop on Highland is a mess. It is no wonder they are often confused, late, forgetful and always making EXCUSES for their lack of ability to meet their commitments. The son's shop is no better a mess although the space he runs next door will fool you into thinking you have arrived to a well run business of custom tailoring, but ready yourself for smooth talking EXCUSES.
I recently discovered Leone's and I am very impressed with the high quality work they have done for me. I have met both Mr. Leone and his son Roberto, they are both some of the nicest people I've ever met, they are very reasonable and understanding. The price is excellent and extremely fair for the quality of work that is done, and there was a very small mess up with one of the alterations on my clothes once, but I just took it in to Mr. Leone and showed it to him, he smiled and said " Not a problem, we'll take care of you!" and I waited maybe five-ten minutes and he fixed it right then and there. They have always taken care of me, and I've seen them take care of even the most unreasonable people. I'm very unsure of some of the negative reviews on here, and I can promise you without a doubt that Leone's will take care of you! Also, Roberto the son actually does custom suits as well, I had him make me one not too long ago and I was very impressed. Leone's never really ceases to impress me!
This place is a joke. Not only are the employees extremely rude, but they had our wedding dress for more than 4 months and it came back NOT CLEAN OR EVEN TRIED TO CLEAN and all they said was that it was "too hard" and did nothing about it.THEY COULD HAVE TOLD ME THEY DIDNT HAVE THE EXPERTISE TO DO MY DRESS IN THE FIRST PLACE! I would avoid this place at all costs! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE AND EXPERTISE! DO NOT TAKE YOUR WEDDING DRESS HERE!!
Tried purchasing a suit from them, paid for half the suit upfront. Gave them over a months notice, which they said would be more than enough. They missed my deadline, didn't return my phone calls or messages, and when I tried to go in for a refund they refused. I've continued to try and work something out with them to no avail. I still have no suit and no refund, and am constantly given the run around. I continue to try and resolve the issue but they refuse to return phone calls or messages.
