Dr. Palaisa and staff,nI just wanted to let you know how appreciative I am of you and your staff. I have only been there a short time but your girls have made me feel like I am part of their families. They are so caring of my needs and so gentle as they work. You all work so well together. I had a very hard time with making a decision to go through with this whole process and you and your staff have made it so much easier on me. This is my second time being a patient here. The first time was when I was a little kid and needed braces. I didn’t wear my retainers correctly so I’m back again for braces. I’m so glad I chose to come back here. Everybody is SO nice every single time. They answer my questions when I’m curious about something, and the atmosphere is all around a great one. The staff always seems to get along, which is a huge plus. Also, I was able to get on a payment plan, which is a huge help because I wouldn’t have been able to pay everything up front. I’m so glad I’m able to get my beautiful smile back without breaking the bank. Thank you Dr. Palaisa and everybody who works there, for making me feel welcomed every time I come there or talk to you on the phone.

I am only giving this place three stars because the people working there were mostly polite. I had a negative experience. Went in for top and bottom retainers. First set did not fit. Also the edges were rough and uneven. I used to wear invisilign so I know what plastic retainers moving teeth feels like. Painful teeth and headaches. Went in for a replacement and the orthodontist was polite about trying to fix the issue. Second pair was better because the technician payed close attention to smoothen and evenly cut them. Sadly this pair did not fit my teeth either. I think there is something off about their process. I'm no expert, just someone who has had a lot of orthodontic work. Essentially I wasted $200 for nothing but a headache. I won't return.

Dr. Palaisa worked with me to come up with a payment plan and course of treatment for my 10 year old son. I have to pay completely out of pocket for everything and it was nice knowing I could pay as little as $50 at a time. Her staff is friendly and empathetic as well as patient and professional. I would recommend them to everyone!

Both of my daughters went to Palaisa Orthodontics and had a wonderful experience! The office staff was friendly and helpful and Dr. Palaisa was thorough, professional, and she did beautiful work. My girls both have perfect teeth! We knew going in exactly what the cost would be and we felt very comfortable asking questions or calling if their was a problem; they always squeezed us in for issues like a sharp edge or a loose bracket.nWe are thoroughly pleased with our experience at Palaisa Orthodontics and highly recommend their services.
