We had our oil changed and new tires installed and one of the workers drained our brake fluid!! We went in with good brakes and came out with none. First they refused us at 3:30pm because they didn't want to do the work. We had to stand there being the only person in line for 30+ minutes waiting for one of them to stop arguing who is going to ring us up. Literally would give zero stars if there was an option. I'm pretty upset we had 2 kids in the car when our breaks went out leaving walmart going down the highway. ud83dude21ud83dude21ud83dude21

We had gotten 4 brand new Douglas tires 3 months ago, less than a month ago we got a flat on the drivers side it had a hairline crack in the tread, then less then a week ago the passenger driver side started going flat, we looked at it and same thing. We took them to Walmart today and they are replacing all 4 of our tires! Bob Paugh did great and was super understanding! Thank you so much!
