She walked me through the steps and was really helpful. She ensured I received money back the same day. I appreciated her superb customer service and friendliness.
I am so happy that I went to extra space storage for my rental storage space. A particular employee there by the name of Jessica is a very outstanding person very professional with cuffed customer service and a pleasure to talk to. I highly recommend anyone looking for storage space to choose extra space storage. Not only from my own personal experience, But because it’s a very clean convenient location with every variety of spaces one will need to store their precious belongings.I would recommend no other place but extra space storage check them out.
Went in to just obtain estimates for possible renting in 2 weeks and got perfect size rental space, location, and price immediately by Jessica. Note: She provided top notch professional customer service while managing counter solo and phones for this location and another location. This is my 4th time renting here since 2016. #Jessica is awesome
Agent was very considerate and thoughtful. She helped me every steps through the renting process. She provided all the information I asked and beyond. It’s difficult to find agent work so diligently. Jessica knew exactly what she was doing and made everything so easy. I think the facility is well maintained with maximum security. I would highly recommend this facility with trustable staffs.
