Chong's Dry Cleaning

Chong’s Dry Cleaning has been wonderful for our family. Minnie is so friendly and welcoming. She is very thorough and recognizes me as soon as I come in. I have been very satisfied with the quality of their work. My clothes look great! They have also washed a comforter for me and helped with alterations. Great experience all around. They have really cared for me as a customer and I am very thankful!

Took my blazer in to see if they could get out stains that another dry cleaner place couldn't. I had little hope but Chong's Dry Cleaning did an excellent job and my blazer looks great! Very friendly, awesome service. Highly recommend!

I would give no start if I could. A few months ago I took some of my work shirts in and was told they would be ready in 3 days on a Thursday. First of all one item was not ready because they had planned on rewashing and that's fine. When I went back the following day to pick up. Not only the item was not cleaned, it had underarm stains from my deodorant but also it was not pressed. I had made the payment ahead of time so I asked for a refund since it was neither cleaned nor pressed (keep in mind I am paying 13.14 dollars for two blouses). The owner (a male of Asian decent) was extremely rude. When I asked for a refund he told me to "get out". Anywhere else that would be an automatic refund. Then I went to my car and was talking to local police about this, the owner came out and offered to pay half of the cost of the cleaning for the uncleaned, unpressed blouse (about $3) which I did not accept. I had planned on posting this back then but got busy with life. I took the shirt to another place who not only was able to get the stain out but also charged half as much. I have honestly never ever used a business that has such bad customer service. They cleaned my other item though not packaged or anything but at a high price compare to other places. I doubt their business will survive with that level of service. This is how I got my items back which I had paid $13.14 for

I drive 12 minutes completely out of my way just for these wonderful people. Super OCD about clothes and they surpass my expectations every single time. They know and remember our kids names, super friendly, personable, and caring... i don’t know what i would do without them!!!

I love Chong's!! I have used them for years for dry cleaning. I have had cleaned: business clothes, prom dresses, wool coats, and expensive silks & cashmeres. They always come back perfect!! I have always been impressed with their knowledge of cleaning. They can clean anything!!!
