I was having back and knee problems and I started to see them just before COVID-19. Since then, they have gone through great pains to keep the center clean and extraordinarily safe for their patients. They are uncompromising when it come to the care they provide their clients; and on top of that, they are really nice people. I got released from their care this past Friday, but I wouldn't hesitate to go back if I ever need physical therapy again. If you need PT, I highly recommend going to them. They do not disappoint.

I’ve had many physical therapists over the years due to severe back problems and I’ve never had such good success with anyone else. This is partly because this is a well-rounded program with x-rays, nerve testing, balance testing, chiropractic care (limited, but still good), and knowledgeable and well-trained people who care. The facilities are very clean and in great shape. I highly recommend this facility over any other.

Last year I chose to be a patient (and I’ve had to receive PT on and off at least once a year over the last 15 years) at my place of employment (for the first time in 7 years of being a licensed PT working in multiple settings) and I received highly effective treatment from my employer Dr Seymore, who is also a licensed PT and a licensed chiropractor, for a bout of severe neck pain that I had last year. The pain resolved within less than a month. The beauty of this place is that my boss gave me treatment that was no different than what he would provide to any other patient in his clinical duties- the goal is to always strive for excellence and to make sure that the patient gets what they need to heal. This clinic is invaluable to me as both a fantastic place to work and also a reliable place to receive care for any mild orthopedic issues that may pop up from time to time as a former multi-sport collegiate athlete. Having had many experiences “on the other side” as a patient in physical therapy locations that left much to be desired, it has always been my core value as a practitioner to provide my patients with the care that I would want to receive as a patient, and to ensure that all individuals seeking care feel seen, safe to share all of their health concerns, and that they receive the highest standard of care that protects their health, even if it means referring them to another, more appropriate, healthcare practitioner. I would gladly accept a patient’s venting of their personal frustrations towards me on both a professional and personal level, if it means that I have been able to best act in the interest of their health and in accordance with established licensed provider ethical and legal guidelines. It’s a difficult time for us all these days, and I get it. It’s great to have a place like this that is deeply invested in serving the best interests of the community to meet both my personal and career goals.

Staff are super friendly, caring and competent. Rene was great working around my busy schedule to allow me to get the treatment I need. I have been to other PT specialist but Lilly really got to the root of my issues to realign me quickly. The space is open and inviting with the latest equipment. No need to look elsewhere for this place will exceed your expectations.
