The only reason this review isn't lower is that the physical therapists are great. However, their front office is abysmal. They are rarely available to answer the phone. Appointments can only be made by phone and are hard to get. You cannot make an appointment online. In addition you can only make appointments for the next week Then their reminder system is either wrong or non-existent. I get a call for an appointment today at 630pm but in reality it is tomorrow at 7:00pm. Other times, there is no reminder call at all.

My therapist was Melissa, she was truly amazing! The staff were very friendly as well. After I broke my ankle last year I had two plates and 12 screws put in and needed therapy for a few months to learn how to walk again. It was a scary process to go into but Melissa made it easier and I didn’t dread going to my PT appointments. HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER!!!

The front office staff are very courteous and accommodating. The therapists that have worked with me have been excellent in getting me back on the road to recovery after a knee manipulation. I highly recommend any of their therapists for treatment. I'm really happy with my progress. The facility is very clean and location easy to get to.

My father started here a few weeks ago after knee replacement surgery. We both have found this place to be top notch. The staff is very knowledgeable, professional and kind. They have treated my Dad with respect and genuine caring. I have yet to meet anyone here that gives less then 100%.nnHighly recommend.

My therapist B.W. was so knowledgeable and very compassionate! He knew exactly how to get me healed and relieve my pain. All of the staff were very caring and friendly!!! Highly recommend this location!
