Mayberry Physiotherapy LLC: Physical Therapy & Rehab

I have gone to Mayberry Physiotherapy for dry needling twice now and it essentially cured the tendonitis in my arms. I overworked them from sports and the physical demands of my job (chef) and the tendonitis was so bad I could barely hold a knife. After a 1 hr session with Nate and a day of recovery, I was back to full use of my arms. I actually could not believe the results, having dealt with the CONSTANT pain for well over a year.nnDr. Nate was extremely informative and personable throughout the process. I came in with very little background knowledge on dry needling and was even a little apprehensive. He explained the goal of dry needling and how it works to remove the cause of the pain (in short, the knots are released by poking them, allowing blood to move in the muscle and rebalance it to a resting state). The needling could be daunting to some but if you have been dealing with muscle pain that cannot be solved by constant massaging and rest like I had, it is well worth it. The needles are extremely small and leave no marks/trace. In terms of pain, I would rate it as very uncomfortable but short lasting. (Note: After my first session I was extremely sore for the rest of the day, which was expected. The second time my recovery was much faster.)nnI've gone for a total of two sessions, spaced about three months apart and have pretty much had all life restored to my arms. I can work out and chop as much as I need, and maintain health and form with simple exercises with which Nate sent me home.nnWhile I have not seen any other dry needlers, I learned via conversation that Nate trained under the founders of the dry needling process and has worked on professional golfers. I am confident in his qualifications and his work speaks to that.

I can’t recommend Dr. Mayberry enough. He is an expert in physiotherapy and dry needling and I couldn’t be happier with the work his did on the tendinitis in my elbow. I had excruciating pain from overuse and after 1 dry needling session I have had ZERO pain and it’s been over 3 years since he gave me treatment

I visited Dr. Mayberry for the first time this past week. He performed dry needling on my back and neck. It was painless and worked out all the knots that had been giving me pain and soreness. He was very personable and easy to talk to. Highly recommend!

Nate is not standing still in his profession, it is obvious through his certifications through the most current MyoPain evidence-based medicine. He's willing to think outside of the box and this really shows.nnI will go out of my way to recommend Nathan to anyone needing the best physical therapy.
