Crofton Physical Therapy

If I could give more stars, I would. I highly recommend going to Crofton Physical Therapy for your physical therapy needs. I went to them a few years ago and when my lower back recently started having issues I decided it was easier to go back to them than find a new place. So glad I did! Vince and Chris are terrific and both give great massages! They are really personable and know how to make you feel comfortable, even when some of the exercises/massages can seem a bit awkward. All the office and support staff are really friendly and they all take proper COVID precautions for everyone’s safety.nnI worked primarily with Chris and he is extremely knowledgeable and full of optimism and smiles. He took the time to explain to me what my issue was and even showed me with a spine model what was happening to cause my pain. I’m a visual learner so that really helped my understanding. He walked me through each exercise and made sure that I was aware of which muscles groups should be engaged for each and what those muscles feel like when engaged. (I now know what transverse abdominals are and mine are no longer lazy couch potatoes!) Without that insight, I would have been doing the exercises incorrectly and not gotten the most out of my PT experience. Within a few weeks I noticed a difference in my lower back pain and after two months I am pain free. I am extremely satisfied with my experience.nnDisclaimer: I recovered quicker because I actually did the exercises at home like Chris told me to do and not just at the appointments. Following Chris’ instructions helped my body recover quicker and the necessary muscles to get stronger each day to correct my lower back issues.nnAt Crofton Physical Therapy I was able to accomplish what I came in for. They made me feel like a person and not a name on a calendar. The light and friendly atmosphere often made me forget I had a mask on. I will continue to come back to them for my physical therapy needs in the future. I highly recommend you give them a try.

Excellent staff; very personable & knowledgeable. Vince & Betsy are the best. They all have very good bedside manners and are so attentive to my needs. They make me feel like family. Even when I am hurting they Always make me feel better every time. They are sympathetic & very caring & understanding.nThey both have healing hands and a greaaaat personality. The personnel at Crofton Physical Therapy center are very professional and helpful. I was amazed at how fast I recovered under their care. Their positive attitude towards the patient also surpassed my expectations. They are really great.
