Walgreens Pharmacy

This pharmacy is the worse. I’d rather go ANYWHERE else and pay for my meds out of pocket than deal with this pharmacy but unfortunately this is the pharmacy the military contracts with now. We never had any problems when they were with CVS. Walgreens closes the entire pharmacy for a lunch break? Who does that??? Absolutely NOONE! And then why does it take them SO LONG to perform every. Single. Task. I have never ever waited less than 45 minutes for anything—even when it’s so obvious they are not even busy. If you have any other choice, don’t use this Walgreens Pharmacy.

This pharmacy is awful. My doctor has sent a prescription 5 times to them in two days and has physical copies of letters saying that it was received by them. I was even sent a copy of the letter saying it was received by Walgreens in Odenton. The pharmacist and staff could care less and continue to claim no fault and refuse to fill my script. There is no urgency, no care, no concern. This is the WORST and most incompetenty staffed pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. Do not go here

I guess for some customers they only start working on your prescriptions when you get there...even if you ask for the to be ready for pickup in advance.

Prescriptions are never ready when they say they are. Lines are forever both inside and at the drive thru. Usually after waiting in line they tell you they need 20 more minutes which is always fun when you have little ones with you. Not sure if they are short staffed but this has been my experience the last 4 or 5 times I have filled a prescription here in the last 9 months.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I tried making a complaint on the website to let walgreens how awful this pharmacy is but you cant do that. I brought my daughters script in at 9 am on Tuesday and they said come back at 1030, I did and they hadn't even started it. I get home and its only a partial fill and no one decided to discuss this with me prior. So I called after work today (Wednesday) at SIX PM and they had to check if the med had came in, it did and they still hadn't started it. This place is a nightmare, I so NOT recommend this one.
