I am so happy someone recommend this place. They were not only incredibly nice, but they helped my family out of a jam that another big brand pharmacy created.

Love this pharmacy! I’ve picked up prescriptions for friends at other pharmacies and am always reminded why I choose to go out of my way to come here. Neil and his staff will always do whatever they can to help. Stellar customer service and attention to detail make shopping local a no-brainier.

Neil the pharmacist in charge and everyone who works there are pleasant and caring people. I go out of my way to use this Pharmacy for a couple of reasons. 1* it never takes longer than 15 minutes to get my prescriptions filled. 2* They have my medication in stock 95% of the time. 3* When they do not have one of my prescriptions available that day they will give me what they have and deliver the rest once it's in stock. That's usually within a day. I live about 15 miles away and there's no charge for delivery. 4* it's not one of those chain stores so the money they make stays local.*5 I've been using this Pharmacy for more than 10 years; monthly for the past four years so the employees know my name.*6 It must be a good place to work because there is little turnover of employees. over the past four years all the faces have stayed the same and a couple new ones added.*7 Neil will do everything in his power to make sure you get your medication. I was going on vacation and would have run out before I got home so I needed my prescription filled a few days early but the insurance would not authorized payment till the following week. At any chain store they would have been like too bad but when Neil told me that the insurance company wouldn't pay until the next week, he had a solution. Without me having to ask he volunteered to give me enough medication to hold me over until I return from vacation and would wait until the next week to request authorization for payment. When I return from vacation they delivered the remainder of the prescription. 8* At the beginning of each school year they collect donations to help less-fortunate students.nnI could probably list another 8 reasons why they're the best pharmacy I've ever used but if I haven't convinced you by now that they're not just great, they're the best; then there's no convincing you!

Have come to Arnold pharmacy when all other pharmacies had failed me. They saved the day when I needed supplies for wound care.

I needed “Small Empty Gelatin Capsules” so I can crush my cats pills up and put them in the capsules for easier intake . However I had to get a prescription from my vet in order to get these empty capsules, which was fine I just couldn’t wait for Amazon delivery. Let me just say you can get 1,000 of these capsules off Amazon for $15, this place wanted to charge me $45 for 100 . For 100!!!!! $45 are you serious ?! That’s is absolutely insane . Check your prices for your prescription at other places people! If they are gonna over charge $45 for 100 empty gelatin capsules, imagine how much they are over charging for your actual medication !! Good new is Cape Arnold Pharmacy is giving me 100 $10 still pricey but $35 difference!
