I hired Annapolis Painting for a large commercial office renovation (wall removal and painting). They went above and beyond, were responsive, prompt, reasonably priced, and did excellent work. Wouldn't hesitate to call them again.
Crew did a great job repairing water damage section of ceiling and painting. Would recommend.
We were extremely happy with the crew that painted our house. Incredibly careful with the prep work, the guys worked hard all day, every day, put the downspouts back on each night in case it rained, left no mess or paint drips, etc. The house looks beautiful and our neighbors are now interested in hiring them after watching them work and seeing the great results.
The scheduled work was to repair and solve drainage issues for two elevated porches. On one of the porches, they tore it up and then put it back together without solving the drainage issue. After tearing it up a second time, they repaired the drainage but now the floor of the deck is visible lopsided. They tell me that is the best they can do....not what they told me for the estimate. On the second porch, it took two separate crews and several meetings with the supervisor to finally get it right. The quality of the work was just plain POOR! The time and dollar investment was essentially a waste.
I hired Annapolis Painting Services to paint the entire interior of my house and stain my deck. I had quotes from 3 companies. APS was a little more expensive than the other estimates but they have a good reputation and I really wanted a professional job because I plan to sell my house. The good things I can say about them are they were able to start on the day I requested and the paint job isn't the worst, but it took a lot of complaining on my part, many return visits, and more than 3 weeks to complete. Qe still have some issues with the final product but we are fixingthemourselves. It'sinconvenientto have someonecome an hourlater than the scheduledtime do some work, leave open paintcans, come later or anotherday. We are left to fix trim paint on the walls and wall paint on the trim, unpainted spots, paint splashes on the hardwood floors. There are drips that need to be sanded and repainted. Bifold oors that were closed while they were still wet so the paint is all gloppy in the folds. Bubbles and flaking. The deck looks good until you walk around the surrounding perimeter. All of the landscaping is painted along with the deck. Stones. Plants. Bushes. Some are already dead. Some are still dying. I should have argued for a discount but I am sick of Annapolis Painting Service. Don't make the mistake I did.
