We had some very serious black mold caused by water damage. The reps from serprvo West Jordan from inspection until the final clean up were all top notch. They were friendly, on time, and did the work that needed to be done. Sometimes the work speaks for itself, in this case it showed why they have solid reviews from other customers. Appreciate the help in fixing our home up!

I couldn’t be happier with the Team at Servpro!! My basement flooded 3 days before closing! I called at 5am on Sunday morning, they had a team out within an hour! Aaron and Sterling put my mind at ease, letting me know they would call the right people and ensure the work would be completed on time! As I type this one day later, the drywall is already being repaired. Brian and Chris came by this morning to ensure everything was dry and ready before he started. Thank you all for the incredible work, great attitudes, and hard work. You have a customer for life!

I am a former employee of ServPro West Jordan and I will state that you should not have this company come out to your place to perform any work for they will try to squeeze out as much money as possible. As a employee (Yes Im a little salty) quit do to the unprofessionalism of the Project manager Aaron Penieta who would personally state that the drying equipment should be left even if the area of loss is dry so they could charge for more days for the drying equipment. The project manager also told us to make up numbers in our drybook system to show the insurance companies that everything was normal and no questions would arise. As a employee most of the staff is well mannered but mostly you will only deal with the project manager who is unethical as he is personally and professionally. People who are need in crisis should try to contact another Servpro or another disaster cleanup company. The response from the owner is that I was terminated but in actuality I had quit the position, again due to the unprofessionalisim of the project manager and the company. What I said is true and hopefully they can fix their company for the future.
