Regal Bowie

This theatre needs some improvement. The tickets and concessions are in the same line. Totally inefficient! To make bad matters worse the kiosk machines were not working. I spent 40 minutes in line and basically missed the movie! InnResidents want to patronize their local services and the convenience having devices near by. I live close by and would hate to drive past my local theatre to go somewhere else. Not to mention the economic impact of keeping dollars in any community.nnPlease revisit this practice. It does not demonstrate a great deal of respect for your customers who can make your business successful.nnThank you to the manager Mr. McKnight for his efforts to make this a pleasant experience for my kids and me.nnTo the Owners and Management, “Do Better”. Your customers matter, your customer’s dollars matter and your presence in (Bowie) matters and is welcome and appreciated.

Just left this cinema. IT IS SO POORLY RUN! I ordered a hamburger that never came out. There were people in our seats and the manager refused to ask them to move. There was no one checking tickets. There was absolutely nothing stopping people from just walking in off the streets with their own food and no ticket and watching as many free movies as they wanted. There are no police and very incompetent workers and management. This theater is the reason why the industry is failing. Why pay ridiculous prices to watch movies that you can see for free at home. If the experience is flawed the next time the choice to stay home is easy. I chalked it up, got all of my money back and went to the laurel Regal only because they are competent there and because I now have two crying kids that want to see Sonic. DO NOT GO TO THE BOWIE, MD REGAL CINEMA!

Over all I like the theater always clean I enjoy myself. The only thing is the tickets and concession stand are together I normally go to the self help to get my tickets but still have to wait in a long line to get food with people getting tickets. Other than that I am glad you guys are here. Love Regal Bowie

Today I went to see the movie Queen and Slim at the Regal Bowie location. Thank goodness I purchased my tickets online because this location decided to have the concession and ticket purchase areas combined which developed longer wait times. People were slightly baffled by the short staffing this theatre had to offer during this holiday (Thanksgiving) weekend. There was no one to ensure people were going towards the correct theatre room, so hypothetically if someone wanted to view a free movie screening this was optional due to the low security/staffing by this theatre.nSeat quality (the feel of the seats) could improve. I understand this is an older theatre but seat comfort is a part of the movie experience.

Went on a Monday afternoon. Slow line to get tickets ad only 1 young lady working both tickets and concessions. Thought Volume of the feature was rather loud. Good, fresh, warm popcorn.
