Very clean and quiet at a very reasonable price. The kitchen was basic but had everything we needed. Highly recommend

We stayed for 1 week. We arrived the 16th of November and left the 22nd. The place was clean, the staff was courteous and housekeeping was very kind. The place had families, pets, and was clean. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite, all kitchen items included. The place smelled nice and was comfortable.nnThere were 3 power outages while we were there. This can be frustrating considering alarm clocks and refrigeration.nnThe wifi was too weak for going to school online, thank God for our own jet pack (hot spot). They also placed us at the end of the hall, right next to the stairs and laundry room. Both were convenient to our room and our vehicle.nnThank you for a lovely stay, a comfortable room, and a great set up for a family in transition.

Good location if you're working on Meade or in the NBP. WiFi is genuinely awful. On weekends you will be thrown back to the days of dial-up. Rooms are spacious and have everything you need for extended stays. Staff has been friendly and helpful. No food or anything within walking distance except for the cafe next door which is open on weekdays. Could use a makeover soon when compared to other Marriott properties. Walls are paper thin. I can hear and actually understand conversations taking place next door, which is really annoying late in the evening.

Towneplace suites provide a good mix of apartment like living at an affordable hotel price. They continue to add amenities for in room cooking.nnThe staff has been exceptional over the 4 years we have stayed there as part of attending the Maryland Renaissance Festival. When we have stayed with a group, they have helped coordinate rooms to cluster us closely together, have helped with extra towels and bedding, etc and have helped with grill tools and other cooking items.nnThe breakfast area attendants are reliable in keeping everything filled, hot and clean. When we arrive later in the evenings, the lobby staff makes sure we have hot water for tea and coffee. All in all, they make sure we consistently have a positive experience.nnRooms are always clean and well maintained which is very much appreciated. When dealing directly with hotel making group reservations, the process has been trouble free and they have occasionally caught errors we made in online reservations and helped correct them.nnHotel is in quiet location with little traffic. Restaurants require car ride.nnHeartily recommend.
