I love the Woodlawn Library, when it opens up again, it is a great place to read, study, get some work done, participate in some wonderful programs, and to just rest and relax. Employee's extremely rude & not helpful in anyway over phone. Gives incorrect information due to not properly checking system. Attitude threw the roof ( unbelievably hostile tone of voice) Supervisor does not correct this behavior ( only a sarcastic apology)
I brought my children there for storyville on 1/13/2020 around 9:45 a.m. and was completely in shock to see a group of about 8 guys just hanging out over at the video gaming area and the demeanor gave off was a bunch of thugs looking for somewhere to go to get out the cold!!That issues needs to be addressed immediately!!
I’ve been coming to this since i was a child and I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad thing to say about it. They staff has always been nice and the place is clean. The selection of books is good. They even have a nice “game zone” section now for kids to play at which I think is really cool.
