Great branch - super helpful staff.
This place is wonderfully designed and has very kind and helpful people, including classes for learning various skills and a whole DIY center for borrowing tonnes of different tools! I love the LEED certification on the building!
Great HoCo library branch! Along with the usual books and audio/visual media, you can borrow tools, hobby items, and other resources!
A really excellent branch of the HCLS. Nice and new. Children's section is pretty big with lots of toys to keep the kids entertained. And of course a healthy selection of books. Kind of ocean-themed with a bubble wall that fascinates the little ones. A good library to visit.
My favorite branch of the Howard county library system. Although other branches are closer or more glamorous, this branch is the friendliest, warmest, and most comfortable branch. I never feel like my kids are an inconvenience to the library, and the children's section is so expansive there's plenty of space for them to explore and enjoy. I can't praise the staff at this location enough. They are always kind and ready to help. They've listened to my questions, complaints, and suggestions with patience and understanding. The diy center is always ready to offer helpful suggestions, and the kids librarians are always ready to help and eager to listen.nnI couldn't ask for more from a local library.
