Fantastic during the pandemic (well, has always been fantastic, but they're handling the pandemic very well) -- can request any materials from the library system via their website and schedule contactless pickup. Will enjoy being able to hang out in the branch again but until then we're reading more than ever . . . .
This library is great. I can't wait till it opens up again.
I'm pleased with HoCo's new contactless pick-up system - it's easy to use, but it can take a few days before you're emailed about your requests being ready for pickup.nnMy lower score is because it seems HoCo took much longer to get this new system figured out before other countries. AACo had contactless pickup offered a full month earlier and they also have been offering virtual storytimes every day, Mon-Sat, since Apr. However, I haven't seen HoCo Library System offering much in the way of class alternatives, which is a bit disappointing.
