We had our carpets cleaned today and while their prices are low, I was a disappointed in the service rendered. (This is coming from a clean freak who’s home is two years old and carpets are in new/good condition and just in need of a regular cleaning.) The technician didn’t change/take off his shoes or put booties on, the hose he dragged through my house was disgusting, I caught a glimpse of the underside of the actual metal Vacuum piece and oh my gosh!! I couldn’t believe THAT was what was being used to clean my somewhat clean floors. (BARF! Think: gobs of hair and dust/debris). I honestly hope my carpets aren’t dirtier than before. I told the tech about several stains and they came up good, but I forgot to mention to him about two little ones and the attention to detail was absent, because the stains are still there. Also, the water hose was leaking so the technician wrapped a little rag around it. When I walked by there was a HUGE 1 foot puddle just seeping out everywhere on my laminate floor. I had to get a towel myself and put it under the hose. I’m glad I noticed. Anyway. I’m honestly just disgusted and surprised at how dirty the equipment is. I have a very clean house and I know the equipment used has been used in some pretty nasty places. Not sure I’ll be using you guys again. 😕
