Fast friendly, reliable service. The staff is honest and helpful. The staff does not try to force you or scare you into upgrading or adding services. They let you know what they did, what they found, and if any additional services are needed. They show you on your car instead of just telling you what they want you to buy. I will continue to patron here and recommend others to this place. They also have clean facilities and restroom.
I was in Maryland during the business trip and needed to have my oil changed. I use Pasadena Service Center Ritchie Hwy, MD. So naturally I went in search of the nearest location. Now when i saw the store it looked like an amazing location and I started to wait until I got home. I noticed how clean the outside was and decided to give it a go. I am so glad I did. The manager was extremely polite and professional. The shop appeared to run like a well oiled machine. I have already sent my family, that I was in town visiting, to him and his crew. Thank you Pasadena Service Center for having outstanding manager and employees.
Best Service center in the town. Experienced and professional staff, they provide you with all the details and services your car needs. Great customer Service , got my annoying ABS check light fixed in a really quick .They done an excellent job on my car.
The owner is great and won't screw you, he is sweet and will take care of you whether you are buying new lawn equipment and get repairs down. Go check him out and get your equipment service.
I'm a huge fan of this location. They let me know about transmission leaks, damage to my under carriage and oil pan, and the staff is second to none. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and always go above and beyond to help.
