Mr. Le's uses text-bots to spam their promotions to mobile numbers. It's invasive and interruptive on our personal mobile devices. Patronizing them funds bad business practices that invade our private lives. Don't do it!
This mom and pop cleaners are the best. They take care of me and treat me like family. I recommend this dry cleaner to anyone who is wanting to feel like they are appreciated.
I don’t know why this has such good reviews. My experience was awful. They charge $15 to fix a loose hem which is maybe a penny in sewing material and they screwed up my order saying it will be done in a week and it’s now been passed a week and they still don’t have my order. Asking what happened the lady antagonized me as if I were the one who made the mistake. Very unprofessional will never go there again
I can't recommend this place more highly. Superior cleaning service and alterations - these guys are extremely professional, friendly, and reasonably priced. They charge way too little, actually. I trust them with all my good clothes and look forward to picking up and dropping off they are so friendly. I drive 30 minutes from my house for their service every 2 weeks rather than get fleeced by Henri's in the Avenues. Dry cleaners are NOT all the same!
2018 update- mr. le is a new owner since I wrote the review but so far still very happy with the service :)
