went there for braces a few years back and i remember my mom paying 5k for them and they would never see me or tell me how my braces were looking for anything then i moved to flagship orthodontist and have had braces on for 1 1/2now and get them off in may this place sucked i waited so long for them so not close my gap or fix my over bite i had braces doing nothing from them.
Dr Lee’s definitely my favorite..he also had an assistant thats Ethiopian I’m sorry I forgot her name, but I really didn’t fill any pain and they was so so nice. I definitely recommend Dr.Lee if you ever go there.
I saw on their website they do emergency walk ins so when I got off I decided to go as in excruciating pain. I get there and there's no one in the waiting room not is there anyone at the desk. I stood there for 10 minutes listening to the staff have a conversation while I yelled hello and repeatedly opened and closed the door since it has a buzzer on it to let them know when people come in. The staff was so preoccupied in their laughing, they heard none of this. I proceed to call them but they were again to busy talking to answer the phone. They will never get my business, what I experienced was nothing but unprofessionalism at it's finest. If the staff wants to be off at 4:30 than don't stay open until 6.
I went in today for an emergency appointment because I had chipped my front tooth yesterday. It was my first time there, although I previously always went to the Ulery Dental located in Pasadena. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly and professional. I was out of the office within an hour (it would have been sooner but they were doing their best to get an accurate quote for porcelain crowns from my insurance company and my insurance company can be very difficult. I was very pleased with how the tooth turned out as well. This tooth has chipped before and the dentist in Pasadena did a very poor job fixing it the first time. It looks so much better now than before I chipped it yesterday. When I decide to get porcelain crowns in the future, I will definitely be coming back to this location.
I was concerned about going here due to the previous reviews, but the doctor (Burns) and the two other people that assisted (Elle and Bailey) were all very nice and professional. The doctor answered all of my questions and I mentioned I was worried about some things. The doctor verified that all was ok and did not attempt to sell me any unneeded services, saying that if they become a problem she will let me know but that there is nothing to be concerned of for now (which aligns with what my previous dentist explained). The staff was nice and payment was easy!
