Waited for almost 30 minutes to be even helped/talked to...there seemed to be only 2 employees in the store. The guy was helpful but I felt bad because he was the only one at the register and when he was on break he saw that we were not helped still and he was on break and off the clock and still tried to help us. I wish I got his name but he was sweet. Just wish this place had more employees to help people. Two employees in a big store can get swamped so easily. Totally unfair to the employees and bad for business when a customer doesn't get helped. I would have gave one star for everything but the two employees I encountered did try their best.

I always have a time downloading my rewards but I must say the staff is always there available and willing to help me.

This was my frist time thereit was ok the puppy toys are great and great price I will go back for more puppy toys soon. Puppy food I didn't find much. And I couldn't find and body to help and my friend that was with me I had to go to front couple times to get help.

This is one of the WORST local businesses I ever have to deal with.nnWether I call ahead or walk in they take over 20 minutes to deliver just 20 crickets to me.nnI’ve never met a more I competent staff.nTrust me... this review was long awaited for after MONTHS of dealing with this service. Ridiculous.nnPet smart here I come! A few minutes more down the road sadly. But much better service.nnCORPORATE HELP THIS SAD BUSINESS OR SHUT IT DOWN
