Very slow speed loading and wating time so much
Drivers and dispatchers, you need to avoid this place . Don't send your trucks here unless you don't value your time and money. Spending here all day, nothing is happening, nobody to ask whats going on, nobody answering phones. Let them wait for the trucks with coffee and cakes outside the gates in the future once they figure out that no one is coming to them anymore
This place is not as bad as l have imagined through what l read online and they are quick to load you once they have available dock for you
First time to the facility . On low fast and friendly people
Not only is there no sense of urgency here, but a complete feeling of utter laziness and lack of concern for those of us who are picking up and delivering their goods. Why oh why should we care to transport their products safely and securely AND ON TIME, when it takes them 5+ hours to load 18 pallets into a trailer with total disregard for the clocks that we must maintain? Dear God I HATE food-stuffs loads. These people (grocery types) are truly the scum of the earth. BTW, This review is for the 14100 building, just West of the main facility.
