It's fast food, so you know what you're getting (mostly), but that wait time... The drive thru regularly has a line to the street that moves SLOW! be prepared to spend at least a half hour in the line if you come during dinner or later
Flounder sandwich is what I purchased: the batter was a dark brown not an even color of light brown. That restaurant should have changed the grease to fresh grease.
One thing that worked was the taste of the food. Waited way too long to order. Order repeated back incorrectly several times. Order wasn't ready at second window. Had to wait again way too long while it took three tries to bring my order out correctly. Other than that, the employees were friendly . ud83dude42
The wait in the line was not extremely long. Maybe 6 people in front of me. When I ordered I assume that my meal was going to be hot. As I drove off I started eating my french fries. They were cold, and the spicy chicken sandwich was not cook all the way. Also notice that the chicken on the sandwich was a lot smaller than usual.
Always busy. Food wasn't bad and didn't look like it had been sitting.
