The service was horrible, and the cashier was very rude. My fries and onion rings were kind of cold, and the cashier acted like asking for extra napkins was the most inconvenient thing she ever heard. Furthermore, one funky little pack of zesty sauce is not enough for a large onion ring order, so I should not have been charged for it. This is why I don't like it when mentally incompetent hoodrats are employed in the service industry.
I'm a fan of Burger King, but this location is out to ruin its reputation in my eyes. Often too ghetto to even complete your order. Talking on the speaker when talking to someone else. I give it 3 stars because the outside was cleaned nice.
Worse BK I have ever been to. Waited over 20 minutes for my food along with 4 other cars waiting in parking spots. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE
They charged my debit card twice. When asked about it the employee lied and said the debit didn't go through the first time. My band verified that the debits cleared 2 minutes apart. I still have not recieved my money from Burger King on Bullard. No phone numbers work either.
Just order some fries but it was fresh and hot. Fries and bbq sauce is a good snack
