I think they only had nine herbs and spices on my chicken but it still had more flavor than some others. Plz get back to the eleven or twelve herbs and spices.
The drive thru lines too long. Cashier and manager have attitudes. Kept getting order wrong. After the long wait I was told to come inside. I was upset and asked for a refund. They should realize the support of customers help the business thrive.. They need training.
It was horrible, the order taker took my order incorrectly. Which caused me to make a complaint that caused some other woman to come to the window and be very rude to me. She made me come inside to correct my order and she never apologized. She more or less just preferred to snap at me. I had to ask for napkins and sauce for my tacos, and when I wanted a few more than 3 for my 3 tacos she snapped again, the whole situation was so bad another young man brought the sauce to me. I have always given this store a great rating because everyone has always been so polite. However, at this encounter with that person, myself and my cousin don't have a desire to go there again.
Bad service, management has no respect for customers. Terrible experience tonight!!!
One of the slowest drive-thru. I ordered a three piece grilled and they gave me all legs. When I questioned them about it they said that was all they had. So they decided to just give me what they wanted without asking me if it was ok. Another place where the employees just want to get paid but don't care about their work.
