Roaches! ROACHES! Roaches! Seen 2 of them crawling on the wall.nThe food wasn’t fresh. It’s never fresh. Tastes like they cook everything at once and reheat it when someone order. Before the Chinese people took over the food was always fresh and tasty. Now it’s very bland and stale.
The employees were very nice and efficient. I hadn't been there in over 5 years, because of the staff inability to get my order correct, and they were not pleasant. Kudos to the workers who were there tonight. I even had a couple of laughs with them. Keep up the good work!
You know what... I've always loved IHOP... I just forgot about them. Great employees. Avoid the Philly steak and cheese though.
Worst service. One girl kept leaving premises. Left one girl to serve us. That girl kept us waiting for 5 minutes before being seated. 10 min before being asked about drinks. Another 12 min before asking about food. Then 3 of them stood around talking instead of tending to us who were THE ONLY customers (2 people). Didn't tend to us really at all during the time we were there. Sat together, 2 girls and 1 male, chatting and sitting on phones. VERY HORRIBLE SERVICE. FIRST time ever I didn't leave a tip somewhere.
