I’ve been calling for weeks now trying to get through to someone. I’ve left several voicemails NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK YET. I know these people are not that busy

They are doing CURBSIDE service due to COVID-19nI arrived for my appt at 8:30 a.m. They didn’t answer the phone until 8:40 am. Someone came to pick up my card at 8:52. I didn’t leave the appointment until 9:30 am. Other people were serviced before me. This clinic is super SLOW!!!!!!! Beware!!!!

These people in this clinic never answers the phone and are VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! If you don’t want to do a job then don’t take on the responsibility. I have been calling three days in a row and can’t get an answer. When I did call the first day I got an answer ONCE. which was 9am In the morning I was told they were VERY busy AND THAT I WOULD GET A CALL BACK. Wow how are you all so busy and just started the business day which open at 9am!!!!! save yourself the trouble from this location and contact another wic clinic. I will be calling cooperate or higher management and reporting them immediately. If I could give zero starts I would trust me. If I can’t get in contact with wic will save yourself the trouble altogether it’s not worth it. I know some women need . But no one should have to run skip and hop just to get through the line and still don’t get a response !!! Never again but I will be reporting that’s for sure. Im gone make sure that future ladies that need wic assistance don’t have to go through this !!! A shame !!!

I have been calling for the past week just to reschedule an appointment I missed. I called today 02/24/2020 I was told to hold on and was hung up on (this is not the first time this has happen). I called by right after a few times and there was no answer.

The workers at the front desk and who answer the phones are always super rude. They don’t say good morning they always have a attitude. Working in customer service they should at least be friendly.
