They doing appointments only. But I was in and out. The employees was so nice and friendly. And we all know you don't get that at the dmv. But I was well pleased with my visited ud83eudd70

The first day I spent 3 hours, got nowhere and left with a sunburn and on the verge of a sunstroke. The second day I got in the door after 2 hours standing in the remnants of a tropical storm. After making me change where I was sitting, making me take an eye test 1/4 the size of what everyone else was using at the same distance and with her constantly waving it, and requiring many things that weren't listed anywhere, I got my ID with the only ugly picture I have ever taken. Then come to find out this is not even the real DMV, and I have to do the whole process again elsewhere to get my plates even though it says on the door I can do it there!

How can you only be doing appointments online without a number to call for those that can not use the internet. An elderly man in a wheelchair told the worker he doesn't have a phone she said oh well we are appoint only and went back inside locking the door behind her. There needs to be something done about that.

It was by appointment and it was quick fast and orderly. Even though they have their days but it was great this time.

My experience at the east location was horrible. Ms. Hingle the office manager was very rude and unprofessional. She refused take my son's original birth certificate for his first time driver's license. While being denied of services she take a pic of my son's birth certificate with her personal phone. Very unethical and unprofessional not pleased with how my son and I was handled.
