Moved my insurance here from a New Orleans Allstate agency in 2019 when I purchased a home in the bay. Always had quick and easy communication with them.

Personable and there if and when I need them which hopefully I will not , as I do not want to get in any wrecks. Like the checks back to me for driving safely. Although I have never had to file a claim, I like the professional customer service they provide.

Through all my years of having insurance, my agent Liz is hands down the best agent I have had. I feel extremely comfortable about communicating any and all my concerns with the utmost confidence. She will take care of my concerns expeditiously, honestly, and fairly. All State is fortunate to have a person of this caliber. Previously, I have had very bad experiences with insurance companies, but now I feel great about consolidating my insurance with All State. Good agents make a difference.
