I visited yesterday with 3 friends/colleagues for some after work happy hour drinks. I suggested Bisou specifically for the happy hour. We discussed happy hour times with the bartender and ordered our beverages. She did not ask if we wanted 'well' so we were all under the impression that all of our drinks were being made with well during the happy hour time as discussed. All other restaurants/bars in LC ask if you want the upgraded liquor during happy hour times. We all felt jipped upon receiving our bills and being told we did not specifically say 'well' so it is what it is. I'm not sure if this is how the business is usually conducted, but this completely changed our customer experience from pleasant and upbeat to a not so happy one. I hope some changes can be made so no one else has this unpleasant experience.

Food could get better (chicken nachos) no silverware when food was delivered. No attention after second beer so we left. But again it's a lounge. Very attractive place for young people.

The food is the delicious. The drinks are ok. They are a bit pricey though. Friendly atmosphere. They need better decor.

High class bar and grill, with awesome workers and security. Very clean, with VIP area and service.
