Unprofessional and inappropriate staff.nWe the customers have to keep a 3 hour window to be available for drop off, but the delivery driver David cannot wait 5 minutes before unloading the Pod. Abandoned the delivery and refuses to reschedule until the following week. Movers unable to reschedule to PODS new delivery. Terrible business owners.nUpdate: the National PODS company is great to work with, perhaps they should seek a different local franchise (who is willing to echo their business model). I appreciated the attempt to resolve the issue with the local owner. I ultimately had to seek an alternative storage solution/
Hard to find location but the staff is great
I called for a quote and spoke to “Jeanene in Florida” after a few prompts. She was the classic high pressure salesperson. Instead of just giving me a straight up quote, there was a lot of fast talk from her which ultimately led to her hanging up on me after I stated that I needed time to compare her quote to other quotes that I was gathering.nnHonestly, I think that the notion of using the PODS service would be very beneficial overall, but because of that experience I figure that I’ll just load a Uhaul or Penske truck and call it a day.
Price I was quoted was lower than price charged.
