Love the Cubby hole. Nothing but good things to say about the one on Bert Kouns. We were moving into our apartment had booked some movers to help. Had truck ready at storage no show on movers. Donnie from Cubby Hole pulled up and asked if we needed help. Hell yeah! Donnie does the work of 2 people loading truck. One of the mover guys arrive he was a big help but Donnie was our savior. He then went to front office asked if he could leave early to help us at Bossier City. He and Jared unloaded into apartment. Without Donnie we were sunk. Thank god. He then helped us several weeks later to move into a smaller unit. We paid him and took him to Pizza Rev for lunch. We made a new friend. We have a new Cubby Hole closer to us but we stay in the Shrevport one because of the people. If you need storage this is your place.
Great place to store your belongings, ladies that work there are friendly, knowledgeable, and made my move easy and stress free! Highly recommend!
Cleanest facility in the area, Management is so friendly and helpful. Cubby Hole Louisiana is the only place I will ever use for my storage needs!! Thank You!
I love the ladies that work at this location. I moved from another local storage center because they had rodents and were broke into a lot. I was trying to go cheap, but regretted it almost instantly. Cubby Hole is well above the others. I was also worried about the traffic, but really it is not bad at all. Love you guys, keep up the great work!
I didn’t plan to keep my belongings in storage for so long but so glad I stored them at this facility, my belongings came out just as clean almost as when I put it in three years ago. Erica, the manager, is so professional and made everything so easy that from the beginning I was confident my belongings were safe.
