The staff is friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and well managed.
I paid my monthly rent on the 3rd and signed my 10 days move out notice the same day. Paid the full monthly rent even though the policy on the wall states between the 1st and the 15th is half month rent, then on 16th and so on is full month rent. So I've should've just paid $22. I officially moved out today 7/7 and now I can't get half my money back, because the girl working can't authorize it, and the manager won't be back until the end of the month. I never had a problem with them, but I should've not even paid for a full month when my move out notice states I was going to move out before the 7/13.
Was told before we paid anything that once we give a 15 day notice, we have that long to get our stuff out. Well we did with the exception of 2 mattresses. So Gave 15 day notice, moved out everything but those two, now old lady is calling me a liar, saying that her co worker of 1 year never told me that. Telling me they dont sell out front and that I'll be charged if I leave them. I dont have a truck so being assured that they would take care of them, to then being called a liar when I did everything correctly. All they want to do is charge for more and more despite leaving early and being told the remainder of my stuff would be seized and sold to then being called a liar. Would not reccomend this place at all, the younger lady is nice but the old hag is rude.
Always helpful she even opend she was closing we had 3min an was very understanding
