Customer service was amazing!! The computer system was down, but that did not stop their customer service, very pleased!!

Hate this storage. I pay my storage faithfully and my things are not being secured I have came to the storage on several occasions and my storage door want come down. I have called the customer service line they stated they have sent several emails to get it fixed. The lady in the office is VERY RUDE. She walks out to the storage and advice I leave the storage door up but she have no exact time on when they will come out to fix the door. What I’m I paying for if I wanted my things to be left unsecured I would’ve never gotten a storage!!! This will be my LAST time paying. I’ll be sure to find another storage ASAPud83dude0c
