Pure chaos. I waited over thirty minutes past the time my order was supposed to be ready. I saw numerous people getting refunds. I'm not sure what went wrong tonight at the Hut, but there were issues. My pizza was decent. The service was not.

Ordered a pizza, waited an hour, nothing came and no one contacted me. I called them and they claim delivery was 'turned off' so they didn't get my order but they sure took my damn money and their advice was to call the corporate office.

Ordered Pizza's twenty minutes before arriving. Was out of Pan Pizza so didn't even fill the rest of our order or even call us to let us know. Nothing like Mansfield La service

Slow, disorganized, and rude. Ordered at 5:49. Was given a 10 to 20 min order time. I figured 30 minutes at most. Now the taking a while to make would be one thing, but I had set up for curbside delivery. 45 minutes after ordering nothing, even after confirming I was there. Went inside took 15 minutes before I was even greeted by anyone. WILL NOT JSE PIZZA HUT IN MANSFIELD LA AGAIN
