Anyone that has cheat days after counting calories knows how serious cheat days are. I decided I was gonna have DQ for my cheat day.nI ordered extra toppings with hot fudge in my blizzard. Basically I got vanilla ice cream. I feel like I just gave my money away and didn’t have a cheat day.

It says they’re open at 10 and we get there at 1037 and all she rudely says is “we’re closed” and we had to ask when they open. We decided to wait til 11 and she’s still rude on the speaker, she says the ice cream isn’t ready and then we see the people in front of us get handed ice cream, we asked for burgers (not cheeseburgers) with ketchup only and we get home and it has cheese and pickles on it, asked for no ice in our drink and there was ice. Sometimes this place is okay but they do mess up orders a lot and are frequently rude. We know there’s a camera at the drive thru so we know to act nice or we’re worried what they’ll do to our food. - 8 months agonnTook way too long and for no reason. Took a long time to even order, then longer to get our order. We get our order and once again there’s ice when I requested no ice. Received a small blizzard when ordered a medium, and both blizzards were a mess. We had to pull into a spot to clean up the ice cream dripping from the lids all over my hands, pants, and seat. - today

Customer service was very bad. We waited over 5 minutes for someone to take our order. There was only one car waiting at the window and us. The person at the window could not understand a simple order. We drove away in total frustration. We went next door to Zaxby's where the food and service is always first rate.

Our cashier was in training. She was really sweet and was trying so I couldn't deduct any stars for mistakes. The ice cream was good and the dining room was clean.
